Build With Purpose

 

 

Build with Purpose is a women-led park crew clinic designed to elevate, connect, and empower women in park building. We’re bringing together a crew of women from across the East Coast to design and shape the course ahead of Parks Affair Camp’s and A Grand in Your Hand.

This clinic pairs experienced park crew members with women who are curious about park crew, new to the field, or ready to take their first step but don’t know where to start. Together, we’ll collaborate on course design and share skills led by the Resorts Park Crew Manager. 

Build with Purpose will host two stops leading into A Grand in Your Hand and Killington Park Camp. By designing courses through a women’s and non-binary perspective, we’re creating space, opportunity, and lasting change. This is more than building parks, it’s about reshaping the future, together, with purpose.
